[Plugin: Custom Post Type Archives in Nav Menus] change site_url to home_url

Could the function add_archive_checkbox be changed to not use the site_url function for the url and use the home_url function instead please?

I have my wordpress files in a folder called wordpress so my url is coming up as http://www.domain.com/wordpress/custom-post-type instead of http://www.domain.com/custom-post-type
