   When trying to activate Custom Post Template, get the message "The plugin does not have a valid header."

   Since it wouldn't allow be to upgrade from .092b to 1.0, had to delete the plugin completely then reinstall. But even then still getting the above message.

   I think this should be fixed now in v1.1. I seem to have completely messed up v1.0. :(
