[Plugin: Custom Permalinks] Permalink for my custom plugin

Respected Sir,

I am using my own developed plugin. But I am not able to do its url rewriting.
my url is http://www.propertybestinvestment.com/?page_id=92&newsid=13&newscat=52

and I want this url like

http://www.propertybestinvestment.com/news/newstitle/category-name

And same like in this case:
my url is http://www.propertybestinvestment.com/?page_id=95&feedcat=52

and i want this url like

http://www.propertybestinvestment.com/reviews/review-title

Please help my asap.
