   Hi there.

   I'm using WordPress 3.0.1

   The plugin was working fine but has now stopped working. I've reinstalled the latest version of your plugin but still no joy.

   Yes, the activation box is checked.

   Can you give me some more input other than it stopped working.

   Maybe a screenshot of the setting page and the login page?

   having the same problem, when I hit the activate checkmark, the login screen reverts to the default appearance.

   Which version of the plugin and which WordPress version are you running?
