[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Title custom fields block

There’s an option under Global settings to enable displaying a templates title for the heading.

I installed the plugin briefly but noticed a previous thread that mentioned a global setting.

The option appears to have the desired effect, the metabox heading shows the template title and not just the generic “Custom Field Template” heading..
