   Hey,

   is there a possible solution to fill text-ares before a user creates a new post with a custom field template?

   For example:
   UserX logs in and creates a new post. He selects a custom field template. Now, a specific text-area should be pre-filled.
   If UserY logs in, the text-area should be pre-filled as well, but with a different text.

   Have you tried with default value:

   default = type anything here....
