[Plugin: Custom Field Template] How to put templates in a separate box!?

Hello, I have a doubt related to the CFT! I use the More Fields plugin to create several different Post Types, as well as many already know to create a Post Type in More Fields, we can select which box (field group) want it to be added or not a particular Post Type. Well, my doubt is whether there is a way to put on each CFT Template created in a separate box, so I can put specific templates in specific Post Types, simply select the box with the group of fields that I want to use .!!?? I am waiting for an aid!
