First of all, thanks for the cool plugin!
I just installed it and I'm trying to figure out all the features. I'm using the default data.
I have a test post and entered this tag: [cft Format=0]. I get the information as I would expect from the format #0. What I don't understand is why there is a TEMPLATE #0 and a TEMPLATE#1. Why only two?
If I want to configure say 10 templates and formats for different categories, can this be done?
At least I can answer this:

Once you start using the 2nd template and save the options, the 3rd template will be 'exposed'. And so on...

Oh! Ok.
I think i figured out the category part. Each template can have categories specified with them.
