Whatever the latest update did, the custom fields values on each page are now not stored, and I had to go back and try to reset all the fields on all my pages, in addition to backing up the plugin to the previous version. To be clear, I'm using 1.0.2 and it works fine. Updating to 1.1.2 causes the issues I'm having.
Anyone else have this happen?

No, you're the first one to report this.
There haven't been any database updates to cause field values to disappear. Check the wp_cfs_values table to see if the values are still in there.

I'm actually having a similar problem. I'm finding that no matter what settings I have in the plugin, some of the custom fields are showing up on the incorrect pages, and I'm having to hide them manually under Screen Options. Not sure how to fix.
EDIT: Never mind, a plug-in update actually fixed the issue.
