Can I create a form where entered data will be imported directly to this post like dratf (this is a form for users not logged in)? This combination of 2 plugins: plugins Custom Content Type Manager and uCan Post:)

No, this plugin doesn't automatically generate submission forms like uCan Post. It would make a good feature request since WordPress' built-in functions do not make it easy to create posts via the API. Maybe a shortcode that generates the form... ok, I created the feature request: http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/detail?id=132

If you wanted to do this now, you would have to do some of your own coding. I don't know if the uCan Post plugin supports custom fields in its forms -- that makes the database operations much more difficult. But for regular posts and pages, the only difference between a post and a page and a post that uses a custom content type is one column in the database: post_type.
