    Not so much as a bug, rather a feature isn't working properly. Validation, if I want a field validated as a URL, but choose to leave it blank, it won't allow it. I don't want the field required, but I do want it to be a URL should it be filled in.

    I may be confusing, let me try again. If I want a field validated, but not required, that is not possible at this time. If I choose validation, but not required, it still requires it.

    Sorry for the delay in responding... seems WP removed notifications from the forum again.

    Please: file bugs in the bug tracker, NOT In the forums: http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/issues/list

    The issue you mention has been fixed in 0.9.6 (just released): fields are only subject to validation checks if they are NOT EMPTY.
