[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Missing error popovers

Hello,

I’ve been working with this addon for a few days and I like it a lot so far. However, I haven’t been able to solve a problem with incomplete forms.

I understand if a required field is not filled in, an error popover should appear warning the user. In my current installation this doesn’t happen. If a required field is left blank, the page refreshes upon hitting “submit” and returns the same page without any indication of error.

I’ve been looking for answers in this forum but I can only see people having trouble with other jquery installations. Since the success popovers and instructions fields do work in my site, I don’t think that’s the problem.

I haven’t touched the plugin code or the styles of the forms.

Any ideas?
