[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Jsearch plugin broken after installing this

    Hello. I installed this plugin a couple days ago (I see you just released a new version today). I was using Jsearch plugin Version 1.5.2 By Jeremy Duffy. But it broke after installation of this plugin. I deactivated and deleted this plugin, did not fix it. I upgraded to latest Jsearch version, did not resolve it. I deactivated all plugins, did not resolve it (I even renamed the plugin folder and created a new empty folder then added in only Jsearch, still did not work). Suggestions?
