Hello,
I have just started using Custom Contact Form and I am having problems with saving the style changes.
Under 'Styles' I have entered in the colour, font, and other formatting specs, then clicked 'save.' Then I go further down the page to 'Manage Style Forms' and click the check boxes, and then click 'save.'
This is not working, can somebody please assist?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey everyone,
I fixed this, I didn't read the instructions properly.

How did you fix this? I am having the same problem. What did I miss?

Enter a "Style Slug" name before editing the values, then click the "Create Styles" button.
Then a new set should appear below the "Manage Form Styles" label.
When you are done, go to the "Forms" tab under the Custom Contact Forms menu, and you can select the new "Form Style:" from the drop down select box.

Hi has any one continued to have this problem even if they have put in the slug name? I have been putting in new slug name and hit save - get message that new style has been created but it does not show up in the list or in the drop down menu... any insight would be great

Yep, I have version 5.1.0.1 and it appears broken.
I simply enter a style name, as instructed, and click the blue "create style" button, and nothing happens.

I am experiencing the same behavior- v 5.1.0.1 WP 3.4.
Any ideas?

Would love to know if there is a fix/ workaround as I realise that there has been very little response recently and may have to use a different product - sad as this seemed to have everything I would want.

I gave up and bought gravity forms.

Exactly the same issue - enter slug and click create style button, and nothing happens. Tried to do a workaround by adding a div with colour background around the contact form shortcode into the actual page - but that didn't work.
This just seems to have broken with the latest update although I couldn't be 100% certain on that as I haven't created any new forms in a while.

Exactly the same here. Been using it for a while but now can`t create or alter style. Looks like this has been a problem for a little while now and no update to rectify the problem and nothing from the author?

Just been trying out a few other things and have got it working again. Try de-activating it and then activating it again. It worked for me :)

De-activating and re-activating it again worked for me too.
