I have the latest version of "Custom Contact Forms" and "Nextgen Gallery."
Each plugin works great on it's own, but when they are both activated together, the Nextgen Gallery slideshow stops working. The gallery attempts to work with the loading disk displaying but will not bring up the slide show. As soon as I deactivate Custom Contact Forms, the slideshow works normally. Does anyone know why Custom Contact Forms would cause this to happen?

I think it is the JQuery. I had the same issue with Dynamic Content Gallery and Custom Contact Forms together.
Try disabling 'Front End JQuery' in the settings of CCF.
