I'm getting a conflict when i insert my form into the sidebar of my website. Its a css conflict, if you look at this page http://www.justfactoring.co.uk/factoring-companies/ the line above the blue form in the sidebar has a couple of grey dots.

can someone please help in how i can correct this issue.

    Thanks

The form doesn't seem to be in the sidebar. I don't really see the problem.

sorry it was taken out by mistake, its back in there now.

If you look at http://www.justfactoring.co.uk/factoring-companies/ you will see what i mean.

I am using Version 4.0.4. There seems to be some sort of conflict with internet explorer, as when i use mozilla firefox the grey dots dissapear.

That's definitely a problem with how you've setup your theme. I use Custom Contact Forms on a site running Genesis and the exact same child theme.

Always upgrade to the latest version before posting a bug report for any plugin.

I would suggest inserting a form title and seeing what happens.

i've updated to the latest version of the plugin and the issue is still there.

Isn't there a way i can manually put it into the side bar?

You can use the theme display code found in the "Manage Forms" section. You can insert the PHP snippet in any of your theme files.
