[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Captcha Numeric Not Working

This seems hopeless form the general lack of resolution shown in the forum but when I used the supplied captcha field on a form, it never works.

Every time I enter the numbers as displayed I receive the same error stating that the numbers were not entered correctly.

Anyone have a fix/suggestion?
