[Plugin: Custom Avatars For Comments] Force Customer BOrder Color Not Working

Everything else in plugin works except “Force Custom border color” option. I put a color, currently I’m trying to use #00C0FF but it doesn’t matter what color I use, the border color doesn’t show.
Please help.
