   If I scroll the plugin works only the bottom of the page not before. Any idea please?

   It looks like it's working as intended - are you asking why it doesn't appear until you scroll down? That's on purpose, there's no need to scroll back up if you're at the top of the page. :)

   Some of my pages are really long. I would have needed that the scrolling function would be active before the end of the page. How can I customize it please? Not a coder, sorry...
