Hi, I have modified a clients version of cubepm to do the following:
allow a user name to be passed in to the cpm_page_new function to force the PM to be to that user and that user only,
I also Updated the wp-admin to allow for custom user roles
as well as some other tweaks around the plugin.

I think this plugin has been abandoned, but I'm interested in your version of the plugin!
I had done many more modifications to the plugin, and by the time I was done, I wished I had just written a basic messaging plugin to use post types.

I installed this plugin, seems like it's working, the only problem I have is that when I get messages for some reason I get duplicates. I mean I get the same message twice.

Also, I was told by my hosting manager that there is tremendous load on the data base.
Any ideas how to fix it?
