My users were imported with incorrect user names - if the old name was eg julie, the new name was:
"12" "julie"
not good!!
I can see that this is because the format it wants the CSV in *isn't* the format that WordPress exports the users in. I also notice it expects passwords, which the WordPress export doesn't seem to include.

Hi, Julie. I'm having the same problem. Did you get it fixed? Do you have an example CSV that does work so you can match the fields?

No, sorry. I'm wondering whether the plugin was designed to work with another plugin that *does* export in that format?

what the problem u face u see the plugin site description.
if there is problem the u have to remove duplicate user.
give url link and what problem????

Yeah, I was hoping there was an import / export plugin pair that worked harmoniously, but no such thing that I've found. There's another Import from CSV plugin out there that I ended up using. The data it imported was limited but it at least came with an example CSV that I could use to format my spreadsheet.
