[Plugin: CSV Importer] Support requests or "My file doesn't work"

I’d like to make a small announcement about CSV Importer. While I would like to be able to help everybody who has problems getting the plugin to work, I simply don’t have enough time to do so. I can only spend N hours each week working on the plugin. I prefer spending these hours on helping people who really need help or on writing code.
This means that while I do read all the forum posts related to the plugin, I may not necessarily answer them if I think that the plugin’s documentation and examples already have the necessary information. I’ve been doing this for a while, but I think it’s important that I make it explicit.
If the plugin saves you time and makes your life easier, consider helping somebody out on the forum. I will greatly appreciate it.
