[Plugin: CSS And Script Files Aggregation] Add gzip compression to the generated files

Could you add gzip compression to your plugin?

It would update the Yslow score very much. My generated js = ~200kb, after gzip it would be 80kb.

Server is not doing it by itself.
Do it like plugin autoptimize. Then it will be better then that plugin.

Many thanks for the nice working plugin. THis is the only working js aggregate plugin out there.
