   Today I've added the Creative Commons Suite plugin to the WordPress plugin database. Feel free to check it out and please report any bugs to me!

   There are certain other plugins that somehow do the same, but this plugin has more options and will have some more options added in the future.

   There's a bug in version 0.4.

   Line 229. You sandwich the tagline with the before style rather than with both before and after.

   Thanks for reporting, sorry for my late reply.

   I fixed it in version 0.4.1 that should be available in a couple of minutes.
