as i install a plugin in my pandora theam IBT wp theam . after installation when it activating it trigger error as "Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error". any one can help me in this situation pls.

WordPress' latest plugin caused my site to lock up and crash? i have no newer backup....all my posts from 2 years ago till now are gone. Host doesn't have a new backup. Anyone out there that has suffered the same problem? Solution?
i am not computer literate. any WordPress experts available to help me with this?
