   i have 2.9.1 and it is not working so i figure it wont work with anything above that.

   We need a feed editor plugin
   to add copyrights and advertisments
   none of them seem to work anymore
   but i am still looking

   works fine also in 2.9, 3.0 and 3.1-alpha, maybe you have an other problem
