• Hi

This plugin has great potential – nice work! Some suggestions as you move it forward:

    1. Could you please clarify the function of the “delete” checkbox on the cookies list within your plugin’s settings?

    2. Add an option to swap the order of the choice boxes displayed to users (ie Yes on the right – so it’s slightly easier to choose as the user moves their cursor from right to left)

    3. Add an option to colour the No box in, say, light grey with matching faded grey text (to make it less bold and encourage the choice of the brighter green Yes)

    4. Have the plugin remember its previous settings (including for Required Cookies) if it is deactivated and then reactivated

    Hi! Thanks!

Regarding the cookies not being remembered on activation/deactivation, I can confirm that’s a bug that will be resolved in the next update.

I’ll change the “delete” box for a button instead, which will make it more intuitive (it is clarified in the “Help” tab).

I will consider the ability to swap the answer choices and colour, though this can be accomplished with CSS styling as well (I’ve added some details about the CSS classes in the FAQ).

Thanks for using the plugin and the feedback! 🙂

    Hi!

Just to let you know that version 1.1 has been released today. The Cookies page is now more intuitive, and it’s easier to change the style of the alert.

I’ve provided a sample alert to show how it can be changed: Cookillian Alert Styling: Beeb.
