    Hi,

thank you for this beautifully simple plugin.

My client has requested that I either put the default year to the current year, or leave blank.

How can I modify the code to do this?

    Thanks!!

    Howdy,

Oh, wow... that's a good idea. I mean, who would want to set the default to LAST YEAR, right? I should add an option for the default to be "current year" and maybe even "current month."

Adding that to the list... sorry this is a delayed reply!

    Regards,
    Paul

That said... if you set "Default Expiration," in "Settings > Content Scheduler," it will be adding that amount of time to the post time. So, if today is 7/1/2012 and you set "Default Expiration" in Settings to 10 days, expiration should end up 7/11/2012.

But still, I will look to add the option for "current year..."
