doctoraaAlthough the instructions were a bit terse, I finally figured out what was going on. Anywhere you want a pre-defined contact form to appear, go into HTML mode and type <!--contact form--> in the appropriate location. This applies to pages, posts, widgets, etc.
I checked it out, and IT WORKS! Over the past few weeks I've tried quite a few horrible contact form plugins (I won't name names, but you know who they are!) Now I really feel like celebrating. IT WORKS! IT WORKS! IT WORKS! HA HA HA!!!!!
