   Hi,

   I've got a fresh install and a custom form Contact 7 works OK on page but breaks in a widget displayed in sidebar.
   A form is displayed in the sidebar, however it is a default form and not the form specified.

   Can anyone advise?

   What shortcodes do you use for the default form and the sidebar form respectively?

   I created a custom form and I am using the following shortcode in the sidebar widget:

   [contact-form-7 id="4012" title="sidebar2"]
