[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Two forms appears on the same page : why ?

    Hi all !
    First sorry for my poor English 🙂

    Since few hours i try to understand what mistake i have done because two forms appears one my contact page…
    It appears a French form (that is normal) but also always a second form in English above first one.

    How is it possible ? How can I have only one form ? What is wrong ?
