I am trying to use your contact form, in combination with Email Before Download (at http://www.mandsconsulting.com/vendor-solutions/products/wp-email-before-download).
And, their form has a nice stylized look. I was curious if you might be able to explain to me, how I can go about styling a contact form to look "and" function as this one does?
