[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Missing image file –

    Contact Form to DB Extension version 2.3.2

    Using another tool that is listing 404 errors, I stumbled across the following.

    There is a missing image file referred from the jquery-ui library missing in the plugins folder.

    The image file is: ui-icons_888888_256x240.png

    The full path is:
    /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/jquery-ui/images/ui-icons_888888_256x240.png

    It would make sense to include this with the plug-in install.
