[Plugin: Contact Form 7 to Database Extension] Error after each CF7 submission

Each Contact Form 7 submission, ends in an error message which tells the client the form submission failed. Even though the form data was saved in the database, CF7 interprets the submission as a failure and throws an error.

Additionally, unless I’m overlooking a setting someplace, it would be a nice option to be able to toggle this plugin on a per-form basis.
