casaplacerWe are using the Contact Form 7 on our website so that our volunteers can submit monthly reports. Up until recently the form has been working great.
Recently, there are days when the emails/reports do not come through. Yesterday, I tested the form and I could not get anything to come through to my email. I checked spam, tried different web browsers and nothing helped. Each time the green box popped up confirming it was submitted correctly.
This afternoon I tested it again and the form submitted fine and I received email notifications right away. I cannot figure out why some days the form is not working at all and others it is working great. I am hoping to solve the problem because we are not sure how many reports we are missing and what still needs to be collected.
Is there something we have done wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.... Word Press is awesome.
