  • There may be a conflict with other plugins or with the theme. Try switching to the default theme and/or deactivating other plugins. Please make sure to take a backup (of the database in particular), before you make any changes in your site, too!

    I appreciate the feedback, but still looking for other suggestions – The site is all developed, I’d rather not switch themes at this point and have to start over. All plugins have been updated any any plugins that are activated are necessary.

    I am using a raw HTML plugin on the page, but the contact form is not enclosed in [raw][/raw] tags.

    I understand. You may want to setup a mirror site to test out the things such as the above. You could create something like mirror.yourdomain.com and then put the following lines in the wp-config.php file…

    define('WP_SITEURL', 'http://mirror.yourdomain.com');
    define('WP_HOME', 'http://mirror.yourdomain.com');

    You may also want to create a new database, then copy the existing database to the new database and change the settings accordingly in the mirror site to avoid conflicts.

    I’ve been using Contact Form 7 with no issues for a couple of years on dozens of sites. This time I’m having problems similar to this. The form isn’t processing.

    I copied the form and put it on another WP site and it works flawlessly. I am wondering if there is an issue with this site being on a secure server, or maybe because the existing site is still up while I’m designing (I do this all the time without problems) but the existing site has a form that processes through GoDaddy php script. Could it be conflicting?
