   I have six identical blogs with different URLs/topics but use the same plugins/versions/themes.

   With one of them, the Contact Form 7 works fine. With the other 5, they don't work.

   There is no error on the form page, but when the button on the form is clicked to Send, an email is not delivered and the page URL changes to /form-2-mail.php in the install directory.

   Any ideas?
