• The Contact Form 7 plugin seems to be working correctly (I’m getting the message “Your message was sent successfully” with green border) when submitting the form.

    I’m using a UK2 POP3 email account to recieve the submission emails, but they’re not coming through?

    The really wierd thing is, when I tried a different UK2 email account I started getting the email?

    Any ideas why it might be working for one UK2 email account but not the other?

    Have you checked spam filter?

    Hi Takayuki,

    Yes I’ve checked the spam filter of the destination email account, but it’s not there.

    It’s not the first time I’ve had problems using UK2 email accounts with Contact Form 7. I wondered if it could be something to do with SMTP protocol?
