Is there a way to take the form fields and attach them to the email sent rather than having the content sent in a standard email?

I'm also interested in doing this. I've been trying to implement some php that I found here, but I don't think it works (or I'm doing it wrong). Pretty much, it's just sending me the php as text, so I think it's cleaning out the code.
I might have to resort to creating my own form for this functionality.
