[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Send mail & file attachment to post author

Hi,
I have browse 39 page of this forum yet still haven’t found the answer.
So I’m building a blog with some members as post author. I need a mail form that visitor can contact the exact author, with an option to CC. to admin.
Sure it would be functioning like a comment form but with capability to attach files.
My commonsense (for I am no programmer) says that it wold be as easy as putting some code to “echo”-ing author’s email into the Mail To: or Additional headers: fields. But unfortunately I don’t now how to.
Please help.
