   I am using the select recipient using pipes within our form.

   However I am wondering if it is possible that based on a url one of those recipients can be automatically selected?

   There doesn't appear to be a way to do it with CF7, however you can with Gravity Forms (commercial plugin though). We've since switched to using it. It's a very nice plugin.
