   Only load /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/jquery.form.js?ver=2.52 when on a contact form. This way the jquery file is not loaded on posts/page/etc..

   OR

   Allow admins to disable this header include and we can script around it...

   This would allow for faster load times... jquery.form.js is 22.1k

   Worked. Thanks.

   More plugins need to adapt s similar logic.

   Don't load files that are not in use in the template.
