   Hello,

   I'm having a hard time with having the filled out form email me what the user fills in, all I receive is a blank email with none of the form information.

   The instructions make no sense when it mentions this exact problem, please shed some light!

   the plugin in broken.

   I'm hoping the developer will fix this

   well I actually figured out why I've been receiving blank emails, but now I receive an email full of [text] etc, code instead of what the user filled in the fields. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?
