[Plugin: Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA Extension] Hide for registered users causes error

I am a new user to this plugin, and thought it was broekn but instead:

I installed the plug, but could not see the recpatcha on my contact page after following the instructions. Then a saw another post, and realized I had ‘hide for resgistered users’ turned on. So I turned it off and all is well.

BUT…

If I hide for registered users, I get a validation error when I try to send. So I can’t use hide for registered users.
