   Patiently waiting to see if this is possible as I prefer recaptcha too :) and love the ease of Contact Form 7.

   Just following up...

   I enabled Askimet in lieu of CAPTCHA and found it to be a bit slow in processing. Certainly not the fault of the plugin, but worth noting none-the-less.

   For now, I'll go without CAPTCHA or ASKIMET support for now in the hopes that ReCaptcha can be enabled.

   Adding reCaptcha support would be very nice, as we use it throughout our site for comment protection.

   reCaptcha also allows access for blind people (through a sound CAPTCHA), which is very important.

    I vote for reCaptcha as well. I already have the reCaptcha plugin install for comments, so if Contact Form 7 would use this, it would be great.

    I like this idea as well. I love Contact Form 7 and this would make for a fantastic improvement to a fantastic plugin.
