   Is there a hack to place input field into radio buttons?

   I need to do something like:

   [radio radio-71 "A" "B" "C [text XXX]" "D"]

   The above doesn't work.
   Any ideas?

   My pleasure. Contact Form 7 is really, really good. I contributed to the guy.

   And I hear that now another guy has written an unofficial add-on to it that will save emails to a database. Lots of people want that. (Not me, though).

   Great but I'm still haven;t found what I am looking for.
   I want the form to look like this:

   o radio option 1
   o radio option 2
   o radio option 3 [input]

   where input must be filled when radio option 3 is selected...

   But don't know which shortcode to use in the message body of the email. I tried [contact-by] with no success...
