[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Problems with Selectable Recipient with Pipes

I’m trying to use the Selectable Recipient with Pipes tutorial and I can’t get it to work. Made a drop-down menu and once I did, I got the error message: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way.”.

The code I’m using is as follows:

And in the To field in the Mail window, I typed in [your-recipient]. Why isn’t this working?

Also, can I use this to send to multiple addresses per location? Like this: “Hollywood|somebody@yourwebsite.com, somebodyelse@yourwebsite.com”
