    Hi,
    I've been trying to follow this guideline: http://contactform7.com/captcha/
    - created the folder /html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha
    But where to add the CAPTCHA tags, which file, theme whatever?

    @Takayuki-san: Yes, that worked for me, thanks.
    I still have a prob with [captchar captcha-118 4/4]:
    The width should be 4 (characters), but it actually compares with the same width as the "message" box. Why?

    Because CSS styles override it. Edit the stylesheet in your theme.

    @go4java
    most likely style.css in the theme folder root (e.g. wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/style.css - I know that's not your theme, just an example to get you started)
