   This plugin has been working great, but recently I have noticed the emails no longer are using the contents of the form fields, just their names, as in

   Cuisine selection: [text cuisine1]

   It should, obviously, be the contents of the "text cuisine1" field.

   I've tried updating both the plugin and your really simple captcha plugin, same thing.

   Never mind, someone went in and edited my form and messed things up. It works fine again.
