   i've moved a wordpress site to another domain. Everything works fine, except for this plugin. Even after complete uninstall and removing the database table and then reinstalling contact form 7, it shows the following error:

   Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/user/domains/vandijkoptiekjulianadorp.nl/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php/) in /home/user/domains/vandijkoptiekjulianadorp.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/file.php on line 326

   anyone know what causes this?

   fixed it, upload folder in settings was a wrong value
